Director's Bio: Graduated in film and television from the Savannah College of Art and Design, USA. His student film Insomniac (2002) was screened in the program Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes. He is the author of several short films (Carver is Dead, 2012, screened in Checkers in 2012) and the award-winning feature music documentary, Papaya Make Some Noise (2013). Vanja is also a prolific commercial director, currently in development with his feature fiction film, Blok 62 (Connecting Cottbus, Ekran+)
